6 Sessions + 4 Hours Online (per week) = SUCCESS
Weekend College offers a non-traditional approach to courses by offering them in a hybrid format. For each course, students attend just 6 face-to-face meetings at WLAC and spend about 4-5 hours online per week. In 2 years or less, students can work to complete their IGETC certification, general education requirements, or earn a Certificate of Completion in Business or Management. Part-time students who may be working full-time, high school students who want to get ahead, or anyone who needs an alternative to the traditional 16-week class can work toward completing a two-year degree or IGETC certification in record time. Weekend College Sessions are scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays as follows:
Class Times
Friday night classes meet from 4:30 p.m. - 9:55 p.m. (with a 35 minute break) and require about 4 hours online each week. Saturday and Sunday classes meet from 8:00 a.m. - 1:25 p.m. (with a 35 minute break) and require about 4 hours online each week. |
